After a major fire in St Mary’s Place Southampton, H.E.S were engaged by our client to undertake the tricky demolition of the remaining fire-damaged building and scaffolding.
Meeting the client and building control on site, H.E.S’s fully qualified demolition engineers produced a site specific demolition plan. H.E.S then mobilized demolition plant and our experienced in house CCDO trained supervisors, plant operators and top men to complete the demolition of the building down to slab level in a safe and methodical manner, removing the risk of a potential future collapse of the unsafe structure.
